Prof. (Dr.) Anand Nighojkar (N.Anand) is the Principal of MRSCPS since April 2006. Dr. Anand did his M.Sc. (Biotechnology) from DAVV in 1991 (First batch in M.P.) in first division with distinction. He was awarded Ph.D in Biotechnology in 1996 on the topic “Pectinase and Pectin methyl esterase from germinating seeds of Vigna Sinensis (Cow pea)”. He is a Gold Medalist in his B.Sc. (Ag) from JNKUV Jabalpur in 1988. Prof. Anand Joined MRSC as Asst. Prof. and head, Department of Microbiology in 1995. He pioneered the starting of B.Sc. (Biotechnology) in DAVV with MRSC as first college to do so in 2001. MRSC also became the first college in DAVV to start M.Sc. (Biotechnology) in 2006. Prof. Anand prior to joining MRSC worked as JRF in CSIR project of Dr. Anil Kumar (91-94) then he was selected as CSIR-SRF in 1995 Jan. He has to his credit-15 research publications, attended several International and National Conferences, Co-chaired scientific sessions at conferences and delivered several lectures as guest speaker. He has been member Board of Studies in DAVV for Microbiology, Biotechnology and also member exam committee of DAVV in Biotechnology. He has guided several students for their M.Sc. and Ph.D. thesis and also coauthored a book an “Experiments in Biotechnology.” His areas of interest are Enzyme Technology and Molecular Biology.
Dr. Bapna is Professor in Management and Director at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Group of Institutions, Indore. She has got thirteen years of teaching experience.
She has credit of attending and publication of more than forty research papers at National and International level refereed Journals and Conferences. Her paper claimed as the best all around paper award in International Conference at Pacific University Udaipur. She had got her two papers selected among best six categories at International Conference. She also conducts corporate training under the flagship of BHEL Bhopal & Mumbai, SAIL, and Bajaj Allianz.
She has into her credit the text book on Basic Accounting for Graduate Students. She had edited the book on “Transcending Present Economic Challenges into Global Prosperity” from Excel Publications.
She has conducted many FDPs and workshops. She had into her credit the sessions at Refresher Course conducted by Academic Staff College DAVV Indore.
She is Recognized Phd Supervisor in Management Faculty at Devi Ahilya University, Indore and as well as at Pacific University, Udaipur.
An educationist with the qualities of a Leader, his vision and result orientation have been the guiding force in making MRSGI a name to reckon with, not only in India but also globally. Prof. Anil Gupta, PhD in Computer Science and Engineering, M. Tech. (IT), BE (CSE) with MCA & MBA joined MRSC as an Assistant Professor in 2001 and was promoted as an Associate Professor in 2005. He has a rich experience of 24 years, which includes his tenure with IT Industries and various Academic Institutions. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Computer Science & Engineering in the field of Cloud Computing.
Though a Teacher, he is an avid lifelong learner with a hunger for innovation in education and a passion for sharing what he has discovered with others. Being a dynamic person himself, his passion for Education and a sense of purpose have made him bring a paradigm shift in the business of educating people in an exciting and effective manner.
He has been associated with several Professional Bodies viz MIEEE – MP Subsection (Exec. Member), MCSI – CSI Indore Chapter (Secretary). He has been one of the organizing members of various Workshops, Seminars under the umbrella of CSI and IEEE. He has associated with various institutions viz DAVV Indore, and IIT Indore as visiting & guest faculty.
His core areas are Computer Networks, Network Security, Cloud Computing, Computer Architecture, Computer Graphics, IT Strategy, and Software Project development. He is credited with many Research Papers at National & International level Conferences and Journals.
He has nominated for Bharat Jyoti Award for the year 2012.
Prof. Dipak Sharma did his B. Sc. (1993) and M. Sc. (1995) from Govt. Holkar Science College, Indore and Degree awarded form Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, MP, India.
Prof. Sharma did his Ph. D. from Mata Jijabai Govt Girls PG College Indore, and Ph. D. degree Awarded from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, MP, India.

Prof. Sheetal Bhasin is currently working as Professor and Head, the Department of Biosciences since 1997. She has worked on optimization of methodology for fermentative production of Glucose Isomerase from Streptomyces species for her doctoral degree. She hold an experience of 23 years in teaching and training of students from school to research level in the field of microbial biotechnology. She has national and international publications in the field of fermentative production of bioactive biomolecules by Actinomycetes, analytical and applied microbiology. She has eight NCBI submissions of promising bioactive compound producing Streptomycete isolates. She is guiding Ph.D. students registered in DAVV, Indore. She is a member in examination panel in various universities for Ph.D. viva, Ph.D. thesis evolution, Post graduate and Under graduate examination. She is actively involved in research and industrial consultation. She has active collaboration with industries and educational institutes. Her research students have won awards for their research work in various conferences. She has delivered invited talks in various conferences and has more than 50 conference presentations. She has guided around 60 students for their Post Graduate level research project and 8 Undergraduate level projects. She has been member, Board of Studies, Microbiology, DAVV, Indore and VC appointed member Examination Committee, Microbiology, DAVV , Indore. She has developed 15 e-content modules for Swayam online coursed developed by UGC Consortium for Educational Communication India under National Mission on Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, India (2015-2016).She has been a coordinator for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology 2019-2020 and Microbiology and Immunology (2019-2019 and 2017-2018) courses offered by Swayam Massive Open Online Courses by Ministry of Human Resource has conduct Development.She did numerous Skill development workshops, seminars, conferences and industrial visits. She is actively involved in enhancing students’ horizons by organizing tours every year.

Prof. Mahima Jain is a faculty of Physics. Prior to MRSC she was adhoc faculty of Physics at Government P.G. College Guna. She is looking after the department and labs (optics and Mechanics) as Head of department.
She had presented a paper titled at International conference of chemistry and Environment” at Bangkok date 21st – 24th Jan 2010. She has a keen interest in ethnic art and craft and practice it regularly. She had worked as a comparer (Host) for “Yuvvani” and “Gram-Sabha” at Guna Akashwani for a span of & years.
Prof. Manoj Joshi is head of the Mathematics Department and course coordinator of B.Sc. and BCA course. He joined MRSC as an Assistant Professor in 1999 and was promoted as a Reader in 2001. He did PhD from DAVV Indore, M.Sc. from Holkar Science college Indore and secured first position and was awarded “Bateshwar Dafal Smiriti award”, Shri P.C. Gangrade Smiriti award” and Dr. B.R. Jain Smiriti award” in the field of academics.He did M. Phil. (Maths) from school of Mathematics DAVV Indore and his topic of Dissertation was “Result on pole-Assign ability of some sing of continuo function”. His areas of interest are Abstract Algebra, Real Analysis, and Functional Analysis. He has taken visiting classes in different institutes and was appointed in IIT, Indore as a visiting faculty. He has guided many students for various entrance exams like AIEEE, IIT and MCA. He has attended short term course on “Discrete Mathematics” from MANIT Bhopal, has also attended different seminar Prof. Manoj Joshi has presented three research papers two on common fixed point and one on protocol for computing product while preserving privacy of input.
Professor Monica Jain is Coordinator for Bio sciences and Head of the Life Science Department. Dr. Jain is working since 2003 and is registered Supervisor for Doctoral Degree in Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (Life Sciences)
Dr. Jain is appointed as ‘Mentor’ for the prestigious “Inspire Award Scheme” launched by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India. Dr. Monica Jain is a Nominated member for the Examination committee (Life Science 29th June 2018 till date). Research Advisory Committee member of Life Sciences, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (2018-21) and Member of Board of Studies, Life Sciences, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (2018-21).
She has also worked as faculty for Ph. D. Course Work in School of Life Sciences (2017) and Botany (2015) and as visiting faculty for M.Sc. Life Sciences, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore (2007, 2004)
Dr. Jain was awarded with Doctoral degree in 2010, her work entitled “Regeneration and effect of spectral quality and UV light on morphogenesis and production of secondary metabolites in Bacopamonniera”. In her Post-Graduation she secured first position in merit list and was awarded with ‘Gangrade Award’ for securing highest percentage in Botany.
Dr. Monica Jain worked as Principal Coordinator for the MOOCs program Plant Physiology and Plant Tissue Culture (2019) and “Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering and Plant Tissue Culture” (2018) at Swayamand has delivered online lectures at UGC-Consortium for educational communication (CEC) launched by MHRD Govt of India.Her radio talks are also broadcasted at Akashwani under the theme “Biotechnology ka Adbhut Sansar”.
Dr. Jain has research collaboration with “Nuclear Agriculture & Bio Technology Division, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre” (BARC, Mumbai) India.
She has successfully completed two research projects funded from Madhya Pradesh Biotechnology Council and Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology, Bhopal respectively. She has various National and International publications and conference presentations to her credit.
Her students have received Young Scientist Award and Best Research Poster Awards at International and National Conferences.
Prof. Pradeep Purey is presently working in the Department of Electronics. He obtained his PhD(Electrical) in 2019 from RGPV Bhopal, M.E. (Digital Technical and Instrumentation) from S.G.S.I.T.S. Indore in 2009 and BE (Electrical) in 2006. His total teaching experience is around 12 years. Prof. Purey is a faculty in the area of electronics (analog and digital) prior to joining MRSCPS, Indore. Dr Pradeep Purey has presented and published many research papers in International and National conferences. He has guided various students for job-oriented projects and educational planning.
Prof. Pravin Kumar Sharma is a faculty in computers Science. Prior to joining MRSC Indore, he was associated with Govt. P.G. College, Dhar as an Asst. Prof. in the Dept. of Computer Science. He is also associated as a visiting faculty of MCA & M. Tech. with IIPS, DAVV Indore & was associated with IMI, Indore & has designed the syllabus of computers for managers of MBA.
Prof. Pravin Kumar Sharma had undertaken & successfully completed a project entitled PAYROLL MANAGEMENT” FOR Precitex Industries Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. Prof. Sharma has presented and published research papers in National Journals. He is pursuing his MBA degree in operations Management from IGNOU.
Prof. Pravin Kumar Sharma has guided UG Students for various projects which develop on different platfrom, and languages.
Prof. Shifa Goyal is a faculty in the field of Mathematics Before joining MRSC she was associated with various institutions as visiting faculty. Throughout her carrier, she secured first division. She obtained 8th position in the merit list of DAVV in B.Sc. She secured 81% in H. Sc. examination and received National scholarship. Being a coordinator of co-curricular activities she has successfully conducted various cultural activities. She has been in the exam committee of university exams and also assisted in students union council elections.
Prof. Mukesh Patidar is a faculty of Microbiology and Biotechnology. He did his Master of Science in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology from Dr. H.S. Gour University Sagar in 2006. He Joined MRSC as Assistant Professor in the Biosciences Department in 2006. Professor Patidar has guided several Undergraduate and Post graduate students for their research projects. He has attended several workshop and conferences of national and International repute. His areas of specialization are Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Genetic engineering.
Prof. Mitesh Choudhary is a faculty in the field of commerce and Management. Prior to joining MRSC, Indore he was associated with Mata Gujri Girls College, Indore. He did Ph. D. from DAVV, Indore. He has 13 years of his teaching experience. His areas of interest include Taxation, Finance, and Operation Research. Prof. Choudhary’s paper has been published in International Journal Envision.
Prof. Geeta Suri is a faculty in the areas of commerce and management. Prior to Joining MRSC, Indore she was associated with Devi Ahilya Arts Commerce College. She did Ph.D. from DAVV University Indore. Prof. Geeta Suri has done her MBA (Marketing), M.Phil., B.Ed. and LLB and has secures II position in the University and she has also been a debater at the state and National Level. Her coulees of interest include management, Marketing. Prof. Geeta Suri has presented published research papers at national conferences.
Prof. Supriya Bandi is a faculty in the area of commerce. Prior to joining MRSC, Indore, She was associated with shri cloth Market Institute of Professional Sciences and with progressive Education school. She is pursuing her Ph.D. for DAVV Indore.
Prof. Supriya Bandi also has Experience in the corporate sector. She has worked with Siemens Ltd. bai & with premium capital market Inv. Ltd, Indore & has handled various share Market operations. Her areas of interest include Management and costing. Prof. Supriya Bandi ahd presented & published research papers at national conferences.
Prof. Meenakshi Vyas is faculty in Computer Sciences Dept. from past 4 years. She did her BE (CS) from GRPV, Bhopal with 78% & ME(IT) from DAVV, Indore.
She has a great tool of experience for working in various Software projects; also she has been patroness as a guide for different academic projects.
Her area of interest is Network Security and in the key area of her interest she has presented research papers in National & International conferences & published in journals also.
She has good command over web technologies.
Prof. Shailesh Hirve is a faculty in Computer Science. Prior to joining MRSC Indore, he was associated with Maa Narmada Mahavidyalaya, Dhamnod as an Asst. Prof. in the dept. of Computer Sciences. He was also associated as a visiting faculty of computer science in Govt. P.G. College, Dhamnod and IMS, DAVV, Indore for MBA.
He is pursuing his MBA in finance Management from IGNOU. His areas of interest include DBMS, operating systems and Networking. He has authored a paper presented at international conference.
Prof. Parag Pande is faculty in Computer Sciences Dept. since last 6 years. He did his M. Tech. (CSE) from RGPV, Bhopal.
He has a great tool of experience for working in various Software projects; also he has been patroness as a guide for different academic projects.
His area of interest is Data Warehousing and Data Mining. He has presented research papers in National & International conferences & published in Journals too.
He has good command over Database Management System.
Prof. Lal Kumar Chandel did his Ph.D. in chemistry. His research topic was “Innovative studies on analytical aspects of some synthesized coumarin and calix[n]arenes” from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore in the year 2011.
Dr. Chandel has received fellowship in the DST research project from Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India as JRF-SRF.
Dr. Mandip Gill has 16 years of teaching experience, more than 10 years post Ph.D. in the field of Human Resource. She has attended 42 International and National Conferences and presented more than 42 Research Papers. Two of her papers have been awarded best paper award in HR. She is a registered supervisor form DAVV, Indore. One research scholar has been awarded Ph.D. under her. She has guided M.Phil. / M.Sc. / MBA / M.Com students in their thesis work.

She is a faculty in commerce. Before joining MRSCPS Indore she worked with Mata Gujri College. She has corporate experience also and worked for a project of ICICI bank in ILFS. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Commerce from DAVV. Her research papers are published in international and national journals. Her areas of interest are management and HR.
Prof. Fatema Matkawala is a faculty of Biotechnology. She completed her post-graduation in M.Sc. Biotechnology from Maharaja Ranjit Singh College of Professionals, Indore and currently pursuing Ph. D. in Biotechnology from School of Biotechnology, DAVV, Indore. She has been serving the institute for past 7 years. Her areas of research include enzyme purification and characterization, fermentation techniques, development of antimicrobial peptides. She has been a research guide for more than 15 postgraduate and undergraduate students’ internship projects and has several poster presentations in conferences of national and international repute. She has actively compared numerous lectures, seminars and national level conference conducted in-house.
Prof. Zahabiya Saifee is a faculty of Biotechnology. She did her post-graduation with Biotechnology from Maharaja Ranjit Singh College of Professionals, Indore. She has been working on Production of B-galactosidase from Asperigus high poster regarding her work at AMI-Chandigarh 2011. She has attended seminars and conferences of National & International Level.
Prof. Sakina Ratlamwala is a faculty of Microbiology. She has completed her post-graduation in Industrial Microbiology from School of Life Sciences, Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyalaya, Indore. She has been serving the institute from past 2 years. She has worked on knock-out genes in E.coli strain during her Internship at Bhabha Atomic Research Center, Mumbai. She has attended many National and International Conferences and seminars and yet exploring more out of her interest.
Dr. Sonal Jain is a faculty of management. She completed her MBA (HR) from SOS, Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Also completed her M.Phil. from IMS, DAVV Indore. She awarded Ph.D. degree from IMS, DAVV, Indore. Before joining MRSC she was associated with Shree Cloth Market Institute of Professional Sciences, Indore. Also associated with IMS Indore as visiting faculty. She has attended many national and international conferences & seminars and also published many research papers in various conferences.
Dr. Nilesh Mandloi has been awarded Ph.D. from DAVV Indore under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Mehta head, School of Physical Education DAVV Indore.
