She is a faculty in commerce. Before joining MRSCPS Indore she worked with Mata Gujri College. She has corporate experience also and worked for a project of ICICI bank in ILFS. She is pursuing Ph. D. in Commerce from DAVV. Her research papers are published in international and national journals. Her areas of interest are management and HR.
